It's crazy to think that I'm a little over 6 weeks out from being done with my first semester of college! I've learned so much since being here that I am at times astonished at all that has been put in front of me. All the obstacles, though the have helped me grow, they have been quite strenuous. I constantly find myself looking back and thinking, "Did that really just happen?". Then I have to ask, "Did I REALLY just do that?!?". It's crazy but through all of it I have truly learned to accept all right where they are and really get to know and love them there. Then from there I get the incredible privilege of watching them grow. I get to see them blossom into the beautiful, full, and free creation who they were always meant to be. It's so beautiful to be able to witness the rebirth of someone, from death to life!
I'm truly beginning to find my real and true reason for why I chose a college nearly five hours away from home. I was always meant to make a difference and my dreams were just to big for my little 'ole town. Granted I still go to school in a small town but it's a different kind of small town. There's so much darkness down here and I know I'm just meant to bring the light! That's exactly what I'm gonna do! Look out world I'm here and in full force, with my incredible army behind me I will win this world, one step at a time!
